WHAT’S IN A TRAINER’S FRIDGE?
That’s what a surprisingly large number of my clients want to know! Do I actually practice what I preach? Of course I do! If I didn’t have my nutrition dialed in, there would be no way I’d be able to run two successful businesses, while juggling the normal duties of a single mom with three kids and sports and school activities! Today you get to see what was in my fridge this afternoon when a client called to ask some questions about prepping her meals for the weeks.
